A: We offer one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to individual needs. Most of our counsellors use evidence based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). We also have support groups for community-based peer support, resources for professional counsellors, and employee engagement programs for businesses.

Q: Are your services available online?

A: Yes, we offer both in-person and online counseling sessions to accommodate your preferences and needs.

Support Groups

Q: What are support groups, and how can they help me?

A: Support groups are community-based gatherings where individuals can share their experiences to a group of no more than 15 people. You will be able to offer mutual support and gain insights from others facing similar challenges. They provide a sense of belonging and can be incredibly beneficial for emotional well-being. All participants will be asked to sign a confidentiality form upon joining the group, so that everyone feels safe to share.

A: Programmes are customised specifically for your organisational needs and goals. It is best to book an initial consultation, where a member of our team will meet with you, in person or online, to further discuss the details. A: At the moment, the resources are under construction. We aim to offer a variety of resources, including training workshops, professional development courses, and access to the latest research and best practices in the field of emotional intelligence and mental health.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: We are currently working with providers and aim to accept a variety of insurance plans. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure coverage and contact us if you have any specific questions or requirements regarding insurance.

Q: What if I can’t afford counselling?

A: We believe that mental health support should be accessible to everyone. We have volunteers in our team and may have financial assistance options available. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Q: What should I expect in my first counselling session?

A: Your first session will involve an initial assessment where we get to know you, understand your needs and discuss your goals. This helps us tailor our approach to best support your journey.

We will also explain how you are the expert in your life and you have no obligation/hurt feelings to continue if you do not feel comfortable and safe.

Q: Do I have to book a session everytime I want to see a counsellor?

A: After your first session, if you feel like you are comfortable to continue with us, you can make a regular booking time and purchase a discounted subscription of 5 bookings. You can get more information about this in "Services" or you can contact us directly.
