Built by Someone who Lives it
I founded EQlibrium after burning out, despite knowing a great deal about mental health and wellbeing.
Masters in Counselling. MBA. PCTE. DACE. A decade spent designing curriculum and training Singapore's workforce, from ITE to SUSS to global organisations.
And still, the gap between knowing and doing caught me.
That's what EQlibrium is built to close. Not because it sounds like a good origin story, but because of necessity. I lived the gap, and I meet it every day in the people I work with.
I'm naturally curious, and I think in frameworks, which is probably why the 3I Framework exists. If you'd like to talk, compare notes, or just think out loud about building emotionally healthier workplaces, I'd welcome the conversation. -

Every EQlibrium programme blends evidence-based practice with genuine warmth. All our trainers and counsellors are certified and have years of professional and lived experience.

What We Do
Everything we offer runs on our 3I Framework — Insight, Intervention, Integration.
It's not a one-off workshop model. It's how we make sure what people learn actually changes what they do.
Employee Programmes — Custom built for your team's specific gaps. We start by finding out where awareness isn't translating into action, then design around it.
Workshops — Small-group sessions (up to 25), with various delivery methods, like design thinking and experiential learning. Each one ends with a practice plan people refer to back at their desk.
Resources & Toolkits — Built to extend the work past the session, so the Integration phase doesn't fall apart the moment people go back to their inboxes.
1-on-1 Coaching & Counselling — Confidential, individual support from certified counsellors, for when the gap is personal, not just organisational.
